Tofu teriyaki with sushi rice! (Low fodmaps, lowfat, vegan)

I made a tofu teriyaki stew (with no oil) by “frying” tofu, cucumber, lettuce, broccoli and sesame seeds in a tablespoon of water until lightly brown, and applying a low FODMAPs teriyaki sauce to that. You can buy the teriyaki sauce in your grocery store, at least here in Sweden. The brand is Santa Maria and it contains no onions, garlic or other FODMAPs. Though, it is a bit too sugary for my taste, so I used just a little – and added water and soy sauce and a little buckwheat flour to thicken. I also added cilantro and turmeric. Served with sushi rice from yesterday!
