Vegan low FODMAPs ginger orange tofu!


By cutting a bit of tofu in triangles, putting them in the oven together with this awesome ginger orange marinade, you can make a lovely vegan low FODMAPs dish!

Marinade: tamari, a little fresh orange juice, grated ginger, chives, sesame seeds, red chili flakes.

The tofu is done when the sauce is absorbed and the tofu feels a bit dry. Cook some brown rice, steam some sprouts, soak a little wakame seaweed, and cut a little lettuce and cucumber. Serve with tamari as additional sauce.
