Raw lineseed crackers with brazilnut dip!


It’s so easy to make these wonderful crackers! Just add some water to lineseeds (a lot), sunflower seeds (less) and pumpkin seeds (less) and then spread out on a baking tray with baking paper underneath – and put it in the oven on the lowest temperature and the oven open (if you want to dry it according to the rules of the raw food diet), and take it out when hard and dry, like a cracker. Then mix a dip out of water, brazil nuts, scallion (green part), green peas (limited) and the seasonings of your taste! I used tamari, nutritional yeast, maple syrup, different kind of peppers and herbs…
